Reverse Triage or a better way to Priorities work
- If you have large list of tasks to complete in a short period of time.. I get rid of all the simple tasks first and clear my schedule to work on the most important. Otherwise, I find people who work on the important task and have a back log, they end up never completing anything.. You need to be able to close out simple tasks quickly and this would come from experience.
- Come up with a method to reuse knowledge. (e.g. Blog.)
- Always remember if you are going to delay anything, make sure to call it our early and remember; Things that will get you fired and things that will annoy people.
